French Conversations #31 – Success

Today, with Poushali, we recorded her intro of herself in French. Then, we found ways to say things in a better and more compelling way. Then we practiced and practiced again and again. Finally, we recorded the end result because it’s a great starting point we will remember towards more progress!

You too can improve your French. How? By making it a habit to speak French! Come and join us in our next sessions! 100% French Conversations!

Extracts from Poushali’s presentation:

Conversations #26 – Success!

Saturday morning with Steve and Poushali, we reviewed le pronom EN.

– Ben, tu devrais!

After our class, I cooked a Spanish tortilla for Brunch. What did you do? Why don’t you join us on Saturday morning for our casual morning in French?

Conversations # 24 & 25 – Success!

With Bina , we had a look at le conditionnel from the advanced grammar book. You ask me: is there a secret? My answer will disappoint you: there is none. Keep practicing, no matter your level and I am sure that you will not disappoint your future self!

    => reproche = to blame

Conversations #23 – success!

Guess what I had for lunch by looking at the pictures below! Tell me your best guess in our next session of sharing recipe while speaking French 100%!

I happen to know what Poushali is having for desert tonight: it’s an Indian desert called Halwa. I also know that Bina‘s niece loves cooking chocolate cookies with her! There must be a good reason for that too! If you’d like to learn more simply join our Discord, and download les notes from there!

= I bet that you won’t be able to guess what it is!

Conversation #22 – success!

With Bina, tonight, we reviewed le futur proche, le futur simple et le futur anterieur! We also reviewed les verbes de déplacemeny: aller, venir, aller voir, visiter…

We also discovered a Greek author, Nikos Kazantzakis. In Zorba the Greek, he explores the beauty and pain of existence, inviting readers to reevaluate the most important aspects of their lives and live to the fullest.

The meaning of Zorba is “live each day“.
